Best Memory About Child Hood? Going to lake Simcoe with all my cousins and having great picnics and so much fun!
Best friend in grade school? Josie and she is still my best friend to this day!
Favourite band in the 1970’s, 1980’s, 90’s, 2000’s? Guess Who, Eagles, Aerosmith, Phil Collins, Sade and Alicia Keys.
Favourite/Greatest movie of all time? I love movies so it’s hard to pick; but here are some of my favourites, Rocky, Born Free, Secretariat – anything that’s inspirational!
Best vacation ever? I spent 2 weeks in Capri, Italy and spared no expense – it was off the charts amazing!
Favourite pastime/hobby? Staying fit, hiking and salsa dancing.
Favourite Restaurant? Café Nervosa in Yorkville – love the food and vibe.
Favourite Food and Why? Italian of course!
Scariest thing that ever happened to you? Surviving a bomb threat at a tiny airport in the south of Italy with my two young daughters at the time, during a Geneva Conference.
Are you superstitious? No, I’m too positive and optimistic.
Favourite song? I love music so there are too many songs I love to pick just one.
Next place you want to visit and why? Paris, the city of love.
The principles you live by?Life is a beautiful and exciting adventure and even when things seem like they are not going our way, it’s the universe’s way of guiding towards infinite wisdom.

Life is about growing and giving from your heart and soul. When you grow, you have something to give and when you give, you feel alive and fulfilled!
It takes a lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful. There is more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life, and in change there is power.
What you want to be remembered for? That I was able to uplift and inspire the people I meet to live their best lives.
