Best Memory About Childhood: Christmas time growing up was always special. Getting kissed by random girls; Being known as ‘Stuntman’ for doing some crazy things such as roof jumping; First movie I ever saw in the theatre: Star Wars; First Leaf game at Maple Leaf Gardens. Putting together and performing a break dancing routine for a banquet at a hotel I used to live near (broke my thumb while doing it), then being invited to perform at talent show in Montreal by a woman in the audience.

Favourite Band Ever: So difficult as a music lover to choose just one: Pearl Jam, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Various Classical compositions and Film Soundtracks; all can be heard on my regular playlists. If I had to choose one: The Rolling Stones. My favourite album of all time would most likely be Pink Floyd’s The Wall.

Favourite Movie of All Time: Right, another one that’s too difficult to answer simply, as someone who once considered a career in Film. My top choices: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly; Star Wards, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Shawshank Redemption, Goodfellas, Jaws, Snatch, Singin’ In The Rain, It’s A Wonderful Life, The Hockey Sweater (short NFB animation), Dark Night, and the list goes on.

Best Vacation Ever: Punta Canada, D.R., and Vegas

Favourite Sports Team: Toronto Maple Leads (insert latest joke here). Also, Portugal National Football Team.

Scariest thing that ever happened to you: OK, I don’t know if I would consider this the scariest thing but certainly one of the most traumatic experiences was breaking my two front teeth on a chain link fence pole in grade two on a school skating trip at Greenwood Park, Toronto.

Are you superstitious: I would say no, with the exception of playing and watching certain sports. Whenever I gear up for Hockey, I have to put on left side equipment first.

Next place you want to visit and why: Australia, such a fascinating destination. I would love to see some marine life there. And anywhere by the ocean really.

The principles you live by: From the Poem (and film) Invictus: “I am the master of my fate. I am the captain of my soul.”
